best customer service in islamic banks in kuwait

They are looking for Kuwaiti Customers only dont treat Foreigners in good way and to open account they just put condition of 5000 KD to open a saving account for foreigner and for Kuwaiti only 50 KD is required i was planning to open a saving account but was very disappointed with the attitude for making a difference between Kuwaiti and Non Kuwaiti customer i will never work this bank and will never recommend this bank to anyone.
