NBK teller staff have a serious attitude problem. Working for NBK does not give you a licence to be rude.

I just want to suggest to have another branch for al mail account. Subhan is quite far to my place and you need to set a day in going their. Why the al mail accounts for nbk can't be check thru mobiles or phones , it will direct to an operator after you give the card number...I believe in other banks have the inquiry

What they lack is suggesting suitable products for me that HELP me not increase their sales targets. Also I find their operating hours without an afternoon shift at my branch difficult as I work the same hours. So when can I go to the bank?
