Last time I visited the branch the receptionist was making fun of a client to her colleague as soon as he left. Very unprofessional.

في موظفيين بيعملوا اغلاط ومش بتتحل المشاكل ومتعاليين لازم اكون شخص مهم وكبير عشان يتعاملوا كويس وفي مره كنت عايز افتح حساب والموظف مكنش راضي ومفيش اسباب وفي واحد كنت مفكره عميل هو اللي فتحلي الحساب في عدم تنظيم والتزام بقيم والتصرف المهني المتعارف عليه
