البنك يفترض أنه اسلامي ولكن الموظفين والموظفات كلهم في نفس المكان ولا يوجد قسم خاص للنساء وقسم خاص للرجال، عكس البنوك الإسلامية الأخرى وهذا يعطي انطباع وشكوك في كدى إلتزام البنك بالأمور الشرعية
