Very disappointing experience! I placed an order through the online app two weeks ago, and there have been no updates since. I’ve sent multiple emails and even called the service centre several times, but no one seems to know the exact status of my order. I even requested to cancel the order by email, but there’s been no response. Extremely poor online customer service — totally unexpected from MAX.
