I placed a large order worth nearly 100 dinars and receive the phone call that one of my requests was going to be split over two days. It seems a driver have dropped off the order which is medicine and left it outside in the heat without any notification or call that it had been dropped off. I only learned the next day when I called them asking about the order that it had been delivered. They asked me to coordinate the request with the pharmacy and I said no I had purchased and ordered via this app and my complaint will only be through you. Eventually, it was solved, but it took several phone calls to return the medicine that was left outside for 24 hours in the heat and exchange it with a new delivery. I give them credit for calling me to make sure that I have received the full order. But I’m not sure I will use them again.
