Learn moreI always buy loads of the grocery and prefer LULU, one stop shop in Alrai and Khaitan.However sometimes when I request for a big plastic bag that is usually available on the reception counter, the staff makes a disappointing face and sometimes refuse to give the bag. The staff in Khaitan, refused and started using foul language, when i insisted to give me an extra bag as i had 2 full trolleys. Lulu has become a big name but the a few South Indian Staff needs to check on their attitude with regular customers.
