1. enrich the awareness of call center agents in how to assist customers and advise what are necessary documents to serve them well in the branch before visit and save their time and effort. 2. update the customers with the readiness of ATM card and when to receive it .

My experience was very horrible when i visited NBK - Salmiyah branch (this Sunday 30/09/2012) where i waited more than 1 hour to see a relationship officer & was disappointed from the service delivered & quality of service

Great thing about NBK is that there's a branch around every corner, a minimum for all the money they guzzle out of their customers. To makes matters worse, staff fail to share the money they're taking for each service. NBK is currently facing a massive deterioration in the quality of staff members for both its branches and their call center. My case scenarios include: losing personal identification copies, not able to calculate a credit card's interest rate (I had to show the staff member!), and of course the back and forths to and from the branches because they weren't sure of the papers they wanted from me.

my suggestion is to have a deferred or installment payment being reflected to their credit cards applicable to all furnitures, appliances, entertainment, etc.

What they lack is suggesting suitable products for me that HELP me not increase their sales targets. Also I find their operating hours without an afternoon shift at my branch difficult as I work the same hours. So when can I go to the bank?

There employees should not tell their customers contradicting information on the simplest procedures
