Add more staff to improve the speed of service in the customer service


the number of counters should be increased in salhiya branch, and the speed which they serve for the amount of crowd they get is very poor. for every customer the average time take is more than 7 to 10 minutes. i avoid to going to the branch between 10 to 1 for these reasons.


The branches are not enough with some branches in bad locations. No iphone or android apps which are must for any respectable bank.

I have requested Prepaid card From july 2012 till now i didnt recive it or any call from bank

Should be flexible to transfer the account from one branch to another at our convenience without going to mother branch.
