Learn moreI had a visit last week just to update the civil id and other details as I received a message from Bank. Waited almost 2 hours. There is only 2 staff working in that department. The Fahad Al Salem, Kuwait city branch opens at 9:30 AM but till 11:00 AM they did not call the number and many customers waited for their turn. We value money as well as time and request the staff to value our time and speed up. Most of the teller counters are also empty. Out of 5, 2 counters opened on the same day. Requesting Bank to increase the staff in the customer service department and speed up. Many times I face the same problem with customer service department. Very slow service.
