Their call center doesn't always give you the same answer or solution. They have been having a problem with authorizing my credit card. The first time, the guy did not have a clue. The second time, the person was productive. He called another department. He called back. I appreciated it. Even though my problem isn't solved yet. I liked the initiation. Their fees are reasonable and their treatment is okay. But it can be improved.
