During pandemic tickets got cancelled as lock down was announced. Re booking we paid double the amount once airport re opened

i had an issue with purchasing OnAir internet service during my flight. After talking to the stewardess I was told the WiFi connectivity was down, and that she was surprised to see that I was able to make the payment. I called customer service and was told to email in my complaint. after sending the email I was told to send the complaint again to another email. why are you making the customer work this hard to file a complaint!

Staff will serve the meal and disappear. Staff doesn’t have a good customer service nor the cabin crew personality. No available entertainment unless flying on the new planes. Below expectations.
