Learn moreThe call center agents needs to be trained and be provided with more information in order to be able to assist the caller. I had requested a refund as KU re-routed my flight with out consulting me beforehand. The agent was unable to provided me any information on the refund but only provide me with a email address to put in a request through. There is no contact phone number nor an office address where one can follow up for a refund. In addition to this, I was told that refund could take up to a month or longer. KU needs to really get its act together, they are the one who re-routed my flight with consulting me and now they will take there own sweet time to process the refund.

Learn moreاول شي احب كويتيه لانها تمثل بلدي افتخر فيها صار لي كذي موقف من ناحيه وزن داخل طياره مرات بقول شنطه ثفيل. لما ادخل طياره اشوف ناس شناطهم اثقل علي وسطات حتي وزن اشوف تمشون ناس وناس لا تتاخرين طيران بصوره متكررر بس. عادي لو تاخير من صلحنا مو مشكله في مطارات مثل لندن يس هيثرو. كويتيه انا مرات ابي. مانشسر لازم تفتحون لو مره اسبوع موقع كويتيه بالدير ما في مواقف سيارات الافينور صار لي موقف مع موطف نطرت اخر شي لازم انطر استرجاع تذكر اهم شي وسطات خطا ناس بالطياره تشوف
