There was glitch of some wrong passenger getting into our flight, it delayed us for more than an hour; quite irritating due to the carelessness of ground staff for boarding the wrong passenger to the flight. While going to dubai, we had our seats in the 20s. The food cart was empty when it reached us...no sandwiches or rolls....we starved all the way to dubai...!! unacceptable!!!!!

Terminal is poor and to Move to Terminal 2 Car Rental is poor due to Terminal location help disk also poor with regarding lugage policy you cant increse and pay by internet

No one answers the phone line, no customer desk at kuwait airport. Several times have had very rude check in staff at Kuwait airport. Great in dubai though and quick to get through dubai terminal 2 at good price. Has got more expensive and could use more flights at weekends
