Learn moreEtihad airlines needs to make it clear whether its a low cost carrier or a full service airline. I booked expensive tickets only to find out that the ticket price excludes baggage which is something I would never do. The personal try to solve it but I ended up paying for baggage and they never once said we are sorry. I will never fly this airline
