Learn moreخدمة العملاء سيئة جدا فقد تم الاتصال لالغاء تذكرة في شهر ١٢/٢٠٢١ وبعد عدة اتصالات وبعد شهرين وبعد الاتصال الخامس في شهر ٢/٢٠٢٢ تبين ان خدمة العملاء لم يقوموا بعملية استرداد المبلغ منذ الاتصال الاول مع انهم كانوا يؤكدون لنا في كل اتصال بانهم قد قاموا فعلا في عملية استرداد قيمة التذكرة

Learn moreمشاكلنا مع هالشركه كذا مره تأخيرها بالاقلاع يفوت علينا الرحله اللي بعدها كترانزيت ويعوضونها بفندق رديئ ويكون حجزي لبلد الوصول للفندق راح علينا يوم كامل بسبب تأخيرات هذي الشركه. سيئه للغايه ولا انصح فيها
