Learn moreA general lack of effort when it comes to the doctor-patient relationship. Doctors would order tests without any form of explanation as to why these tests need to be done. Lack of effort on the part of the hospital when it comes to important tests and results. A failure to call back with the results and as the patient I had to call and follow up. They need to have courses on doctor-patient relationships and establishing an environment where one would feel that the hospital as well as doctors are competent.

Learn moreThe only concern was house keeping , I have noticed that the house keeping of the hospital is offering a very low service with comparison to two years back rooms used to be more clean and the resond directly to any request once required , lately the hospital lack this which is a quite disappointment to the value of money we are paying
