Got a new credit card. At billing time received sms to update billing by visiting branch or calling 107. Why can’t I update billing online? So called. Got a link to a section on their website to update my card but it was for EZ service not postpaid. Hunted around for 5 minutes for AutoPay and was taken to 3 different looking zain websites until I found what I needed. 1) wish original sms included online billing link, 2) not sure why zain thinks having multiple confusing web interfaces is a good idea.
