Call center is supposed to help solve the issues that the user is facing. But the call center executives very smartly make it all look as if it is all fine on their end and its the fault in the user's device. Whereas the truth is that there is problem in the services rendered by the company. After talking to the call center agents, the service is restored even without following any of the instructions given by the agents. It will be very fair if the customer is given true information rather than making them run to dealers or service/maintenance shops. This irritates specially if the customer is well aware of the issues and also belongs to the same industry.
