Got a new credit card. At billing time received sms to update billing by visiting branch or calling 107. Why can’t I update billing online? So called. Got a link to a section on their website to update my card but it was for EZ service not postpaid. Hunted around for 5 minutes for AutoPay and was taken to 3 different looking zain websites until I found what I needed. 1) wish original sms included online billing link, 2) not sure why zain thinks having multiple confusing web interfaces is a good idea.

عند عطل الانترنت وتغير السرعة يتم الاستمرار بالمطالبة برسوم السرعة المقررة عند التعاقد دون الاخذ بالاعتبار عدم توفير كافة البنود من قبل الشركة غلاء الاسعار دون وجود اي تميز او تطوير في الخدمات

Quality of product is good, the people at the Avenue's branch, Corporate office outside Carrefour is the worst branch in Kuwait. But I get similar attitude problems in many other branches as well.
