1. the worst internet service ever 2. had an issue earlier and the respone: go to the branch -> call customer service -> go to the branch-> call customer service!! then i found wasta to solve my issue!!

The only suggestion is for call center. There is lot of waiting to speak to customer executive.

Keep internet prices low and affordable with good quality, and try increasing speed limit after the cap usage than the current 256KBPS limit... lets say to 512 or so. But other wise it's a very satisfactory company.

Their website was SO unclear that I ended up getting the wrong recharge for my BlackBerry. Turns out Blackberry users have to get a different sort of recharge which was NOT showcased on the website. The agent had the audacity to say : Sorry maam, your money is wasted and we can't do anything about it". She was trying to be nice but I couldn't get past the fact that my money is burnt.
