complicate and not transparent about how to cancel a line without incurring charges afterwards and no proactive call for late payment to remind the client to pay a prepaid line... I had asked to cancel my line only to be surprised after 4 months that I had an outstanding bill and I was from some external legal office ... i went to the head office to solve and after lengthy give and take i still am unsure if it has been closed
