Viva's website is outdated according to their own representative at their Souq Sharq branch. Please advertise only what's on offer. If you can't even do a simple recharge, what is the use of having a counter (the one inside Sultan Center, Sharq). Staffs are ignorant. They always try to promote only one type of product. Try to train existing staff on proper customer service or hire people who are good at it.

في البداية كانت الخدمة ممتازة و بعد كثرة عدد المشتركين اصبحت ضعيفة حتى موظفي خدمة العملاء لا يستطيعون مساعدة العميل بسبب كثرة الضغط
