STC has no mercy on their loyal customers. I have been a loyal customer of STC may be more than 7 years. I never skipped paying bills, always on time. Recently I forgot to pay my 2nd line bill for 4 months (monthly just 500 fils). My line got terminated, 15 KD penalty was imposed and on top of that a call from legal dept. I went to the store, but no mercy and no options but to pay the penalty. STC Dont hurt loyal customers.

انا عميل قديم وفاتورتي عالية واعامل كأنني عميل جديد يا حبذا يكون في تميز وتقدير ، علي الاقل في حال تأخري بالدفع يتم فصل الخدمة وانا عارف انها إلكترونية ومبرمجة ولكن من افضل الشركات كدمة وشكرا
