Learn moreعند الاتصال لتجديد الاشتراك السنوي ،بعض الموظفين ليس لديه المام باستخراج بيانات العميل ومعرفة تفاصيل اشتراكه حتى لو كان العميل قديم وكذلك تفعيل وتجديد حسابه ..مما تسبب بسوء الفهم بالتعامل معهم وبعض الموظفين الاخرين على خبرة وجراية ويتم حل هذه المشاكل عن طريقهم ،،مطلوب الاهتمام بهذا القسم وتدريبهم وتطويرهم لانه قد يؤدي الى فقدان الثقة بهذه الشركة الجيدة
