I like how they would give you option to extend the service for a little while longer, once you reach your max bandwitdth limit even on a slower speed. This allowance give u extra time to settle your bill on a later day.

The service disrupts exactly when your renew. The sales people need to check what they are offering and the technical staff need to be competent enough to solve the problem. And changing cable idea is bad. The auxillary service is affecting the primary service big time. Reconsider your strategy regarding retention of customers.

the last 12 months of service there has been always disconnections and problems we always called and they always send someone to fix but nothing happens we have been paying for nothing.
