I suggest they fix their customer service/tech support who aren't very helpful most of the time and simply want to brush you off. Secondly the should get rid of their ridiculous cancellation fees! (35KD, and recently 75KD) as well as post-contract expiration cancellation fee of 10KD, that is one point of discouragement for new customers.

They Customer Service Team Does A Great Job To Serve Its Customers. Once I Came Across A Problem With My Router And I Called Them, One Of Their Staff Gave Me Step By Step Instructions To Solve The Problem. Hats Off To A Team Like Kems :)
