Learn moreانا مشترك مع فاست تلكو منذ 2001 حتى 2010.. ولم اجد منهم اهتمام. حتى عند الغاء الاشتراك.. وكنت طوال فترة الاشتراك اتصل عليهم . لكن اتطلب ساعه الى ساعتين حتى يردو علي. والمشاكل كثيرة في الشركة والحلول ضعيفة جدا.!

Learn moreThe fact that fastelco REFUSES to send out tech support to houses now and insists that customers bring their boxes in to the workshop, even when the problem is THEIR FAULT is unacceptable. Also, you need people who know about Mac computers. I have had a bad year with fastelco. What we pay and what we get do not match. Disappointing.

Learn moreNo support provided according to the needs of costumer/customer service and support service dont have the same information/sms msgs offers not entertained in offices/workshops making such offers un useful even disturbing as they cant fulfil their promises/offers usually disguised/speed wasnt the same as purchased/too many service interruptions/upgrading is made a false decision for the users as they need to pay almost double. ALL ABOVE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED TO MAKE FT BETTER OTHERWISE NO ONE WILL COME BACK. BEST REGARDS
