Learn moreWork more their staff attitude and behavior , when I want collect my floor carpet I asked help from the sales man to give me bag because my bag that I got from other store damaged he asked me for 1 kd charge and u told him u will charge me ! I already bought a floor carpet from ur store , and I chucked from his answer when he Saied ur invoice only 20 kd ! Even if this happened as joke from him it's very very bad he was Egyptian

Learn moreIf you buy a lamp - you point at it, you want it you tell the employee, I WANT THIS LAMP, few days later the store will deliver without the lamp with no shade. you buy a baby crib, tell them I want the THIS babe crib with the sheet everything, they deliver with no mattress, store response: you didn't ask for the mattress. you buy a bed extention, they deliver the wrong piece. takes about 3-7 days with customer service to explain what happened, and the part delivered was wrong and not that I dont want it, i.e it doesn't fit in BP bed bought 2 years ago. store takes few days to respond and understand the matter, and asks if OK to wait 1 month to get the correct part shipped from Dubai. Product quality is top, service quality is very poor. within the span of three years, my wife just bought another bedroom set for the new baby, service is same.
