Showroom was a mess! None of the products available on US website were available in Kuwait's showroom. Nothing like Potterbarn US. So disappointing.

Learn moreWork more their staff attitude and behavior , when I want collect my floor carpet I asked help from the sales man to give me bag because my bag that I got from other store damaged he asked me for 1 kd charge and u told him u will charge me ! I already bought a floor carpet from ur store , and I chucked from his answer when he Saied ur invoice only 20 kd ! Even if this happened as joke from him it's very very bad he was Egyptian
