Learn moreI have no issues with their home and furniture items, but their restaurant was really a big difference now, the lights of the place has been reduced, so the full area was a little bit dim, come to think they sell lights and lamps also, so why they need to reduce the lightings of the area? Next big chance I notice, their quality of the food they serve, portions has been reduced for the same price? How come they reduce the size of the food they sell? It totally affects the customer satisfaction. Lastly, they remove some of the IKEA member card privileges, which is the one of the most important and customers are counting on this. And after hearing from my own friend working their that they give bonus for each of their employees, the last question is, who is more important? The bonus you give to your staffs? Or the sales that may fall down while they try to cheat the customers by service them small portions of food?
