Learn moreThey push people to use their horrible computer ordering system when you visit their stores. I wouldn't mind this, but it takes forever to get through all of their additional offerings after you have completed the order. Then the system works poorly for them to bring the food. When you tell them you don't want to use their machine then they say, "You have to wait...." This is clearly to punish the customer for not using their bad machines.
