Learn moreStarting off the branch, staff knowledge of the product is very week, delivering the cooker time only between 8 AM till 4 PM, this time all people at work and no one will leave their work to receive the item, at the end they force me to leave my work to receive the cooker, after 1st cook the stainless material color changed to yellow, i called the service center and take the job card, the service center called me and asked me to send the cooker photo on whatsapp and he closed the job card without any resolution, more than 9 days and the service center did not attend the issue, I regret to buy from them really, they are saying 7 years warranty, but for the 1st week i face issue with no response so how i'll continue the 7 years with them
