the quality is average comparing to the price , no employees to help you in the store , and waiting line in cashier during the sales is so long

Learn moreStaff. Unpleasant, not bothered to help or not interested in their job. Not all but most of them act as though we are doing them a favor. One cashier person failed to inform me of the ongoing offer and I was a hurry so I didn't notice. It was her job to inform and when I came back and questioned her politely she was rude and full of attitude. They need to learn customer service from mamas & papas staff. I love the brand and their products but the staff is such a turn off. Thank God they started online no more dealing with staff but they need to improve their website and list all the products in right categories.
