I the problem with the store is that they are wearing all black as uniform not unlike the other h and m store they have this uniform which is the usual uniform of the other stores..i think I will be better if they would just use the uniform of the other h n m store so thay I will be better to look fot the staff or recognize who are thier staff to easily ask for help. Coz if u are new im kuwait and u go to other h n m store and then to h n m grand you will see they dont have the same uniform... And this is confusing coz u will not know who should u ask for help..itd better make thier uniform the same with all thier h and m store
