Learn moreVery Much disappointed with the staff who didn't allow to dine in saying the restaurant will close at 11pm and it was 10:20 pm. Very Unprofessional just refused client to dine in where you need to accommodate them

Learn moreJust came from the restaurant at 360 Mall to buy Alshaya Card. She even asked me what is Alshaya Card or whether I will dine it in or take it out. The attendee had asked me to wait and ended up waiting for 20 mins without follow-up from them. I understand that everybody is busy attending their customers but otherwise, the attendee should not despise my presence waiting.
