Mohammed was an excellent handler. Very respectful; called me twice to inform me of the condition of the car, and when it was ready for me to pick up. Over all quick process. Did however take a day longer then what I was told initially.

Learn moreMost the experience depends on that one employee who takes your car in. This time I was lucky: Azmat was efficient and honest, replaced items under warranty without question. Then today I got a follow up call saying next time they can pick up and return my car to house or office. If they mean it, that means a lot to me.

Learn moreThe cars are good and reasonably priced, but service shouldn't make me feel I'm getting paperwork done at a ministry. Too much waiting, high prices, little communication (would love getting courtesy calls when service is due) and replacement cars during service remains an empty promise.
