My ideal would be a loner car given while mine is in service. I also had a problem with my car (memory setting for 2nd car driver or 3rd car driver) that I had asked to fix and which was not despite repeating request to the attendant. But, they are courtous and friendly.

للاسف قطع الغيار اسعارها مرتفعه جدا والصيانه غير جديه كما حصل معي شخصيا ومعامله مسؤول خدمة العملاء سيئه جدا ودون المستوى

More space for quick service and parking

To best get your quick service its best to call and get an appointment. Normally they immediately take my car in as i arrive. Lately however even though i made an appointment i still have to wait an average of an hour till they get to my car. TOO many cars with a small quick service slots
