Total disgrace.Kept my car for 12 days, never returned phone calls.Answered the phone saying "yes"!! no ownership and then a bill so expensive.Convinced me never to buy another Jag .Shame as the car itself is wonderful.The team behind it need training and fast.If your going to charge premium prices, ensure you have a premium service
