Learn moreTo listen to customers. Customer had possession of discount belonging to Alghanim. Civil ID showed it but did not carry alghanim ID. there was poor customer service. Who walks around with office ID in their pockets. Civil ID shows ALghanim employee. Hence I rate it poor customer service. Could have made an allowance for the customer
