The customer service is nearing to extremely poor. The website does not even provide the number to call at all. The call center waiting time is almost enough for you to get a decent nap.

RAKBANK has been my favorite bank to deal with but it usually takes long for them to serve to their customers and their ATM's are very limited in Bur Dubai especially Meena Bazaar. Please come up with more ATM's in Meena Bazaar as there are plenty of customers and a huge queue always. Products offered by RAKBANK are brilliant. Zero maintenance and zero balance accounts are what will give you more customers as this is something that is very pleasing to everyone. Thank You.

Terrible customer service standards at the bank with hours of waiting time. Tellers are far better than customer service agents.
