RAKBANK has been my favorite bank to deal with but it usually takes long for them to serve to their customers and their ATM's are very limited in Bur Dubai especially Meena Bazaar. Please come up with more ATM's in Meena Bazaar as there are plenty of customers and a huge queue always. Products offered by RAKBANK are brilliant. Zero maintenance and zero balance accounts are what will give you more customers as this is something that is very pleasing to everyone. Thank You.

I always visit dragon mart branch There should be token system for customer care area Some indian national staff is also not professional in behavior If i will go to a counter he might be forward me to another counter
