I had a terrible experience in the MOE branch. Staff are not friendly, I waited for so long and there was no queue. No one was willing to assist and I had to go back and forth because they missed to put my correct details in their system.

Lousy call center services, aggressive marketing but poor service overall, no consideration for customers even when they make mistake, they don't even acknowledge mistakes. I don't feel valued

Website is complex to understand. Sales staff is only aggressive in opening account, service is least concerned. I had to follow for my inquires including new credit card due to the sale staff laziness

I have been banking with them since I started work, whenever they call me they refer to me as Sir when I am a lady. I checked with them at the branch and they told Me I was registered as male. No attention to detail.

They have a very aggressive marketing team who keeps on calling repeatedly in spite of informing the concerned department not to call again n again for the same product or service. Few of there agents are rude & don't care in following up on time.....

1. They need to train their staff to be more knowledgeable on the services they offer and the products that they have. 2. They need to communicate properly and update their system. 3. Staff attitude must improve.

Best on application you can do what you want you can track your money, they offer good service, in bad side they are giving metlife a chance to deduct in my savings which i was notified for. I would suggest for low salary bracket to apply for a services again

I have been lied to about products (bait and switch). The branch staff have been dishonest as well. The Solitaire Credit card and the Gold Debit card are falling apart (only one year old). My spouse's is doing the same thing. Mashreq refuses to replace the cards (even though it is their faulty product) without charging a large fee for the Solitaire Credit Card. You cannot get help at the branch for anything related to the credit card, they make you call the call centre which is useless. It is incredibly to get any level of helpful service unless you want to take out another loan, at which point they are very happy to help. Although getting clarity on key things such as interest rates on new loans is difficult. I have a low level of trust with this bank after two years of dealing with them and am looking for a new one.
