i hope they revised terms on loan restructure. instead of waiting 2 years i hope they can lessen it to atleast 1 yr to avail top up again



i open an accout 15 days before and still i am waiting for account activation , he give me 3 days time for ectivation and still same coming on screen wait. how is the service .

i wish there was a raffle wherein there would be a ticket earned everytime an offer for a credit card is made on the same person. I have been asked if I wanted a credit card a lot of times in a span of a week... I lost count already for the year 2021. I told their customer care not to have me called for a credit card. I have already a Mashreq credit card since 2017.

Good offers and promotions on Mashreq Neo, But no track and customer keep chasing for the winners and team have no clue. Keep proving that this is the promotion. For Example. Roll the Ball Game

Excellent offers on Neo but many charges charged to bank without customer knowledge and then need to keep struggling to reversed. Social Media quite active but NO RESOLUTION EVER.
