Bank managers should consider the word "owning" and not try to make you go from one branch to another. Once a client comes in, the manager or the bankers should know what to do and not play the guessing game and Before a client leaves the bank, they should have given all information needed and which branch should the client go, to avoid inconvinience... People have different problems. Some could have a really bad day, and with their kind of service its like adding insult to injury.

Staff should be taught how to give customer service after a customer is a existing customer of the bank very rude n no knowledge of systems and procedures speciall Dubai mall branch. Specially after the merger the staff doesn’t know wat procedures to be followed.. highly dissappointed..
