Should give enough training for the staff. Salesperson needs to answer phonecalls or at least return our calls/queries. Interest rates are unreasonable.

This bank starting new raises strategy but in financial Shap as if you don't earn monthly above 15k I will charge you fees in your salary account. They are looking for money and all Thier marketing signs are not real only to get money very disappointed

We used to visit CBI King Faisal branch but every time we go there for any transactions except for cheque deposits the service is really slow, for other banks it will only take 5-10 mins maximum for busy schedules but in CBI King Faisal always we spend more than 30 mins and even they gave priority number other customers just go directly to the counters and tellers entertain them also even there is a long queue waiting.

I'm sorry to gave rate like this but this is what we really have experience in King Faisal branch, the speed is very slow and priority number is applicable only to ordinary customers. Others dont need priority and just go direct to the counters and teller entertain them while others wait for long and slow moving que 😕
