The service and their compensation in case of loss or damages caused to the baggage. They give vouchers for $ 300/-when someone has got their baggage delivered late or damaged. Its like you lose or get you baggage delivered late and again the bind you by giving vouchers for $300/- that can be utilized during your next trip. A trip you have no plan of. There are cost involved while losing/late delivered for a person again once the baggage is found and delivered there is another cost involved to collect this particular baggage from the airport. Who will bear all this cost?
