I had a flight bound to Manila last March and it was delayed for 2hrs. Which honestly not good since we have to travel another 3 hours from airport. Our vacation is only on limited days and such delays are really unacceptable. However, our flight back were smooth and on time. Food taste bland regardless that we bought the ticket on sale still we have high expectation with this national carrier airline. Customer Service though is impecable, warm and welcoming.
