The overall service is great but thier mileage programme is not good as they don't update missed miles quickly and usually don't accept the miles form partners and the phone service can't solve it and the messages are inconsistent between website and phone call centres. And the Goernment membership is practically useless.

Learn morei was little bad experience that only some guests are served well because they call again and again crew staff but i was demand blanket one time and wait if somebody bring after some times i said to crew member but he bring the blanket the time flight is ready to land, that was bad experience.because not all seats having blanket on the flying time from Abu dhabi to Delhi . overall its fabulous in service and safety time on board.
