While Emirates is good carrier, with good service on board including the entertainment etc, their flights to the US on economy are very tight. I am also upset about my inability to see someone in the airport about my rewards points. Can only be done online and I had been facing difficulty doing it online. The website said that I could see someone in the airport but it turned out to only be accessible if you are travelling first or business which is strange. That doesn't seem to live up to the promise of a leading world class carrier
